The Nordic countries are served by our partner companies, each with its own staff, contracts and local presence: Scandic Rekruttering AS handles recruitment and staffing across the Nordics, and Hjorton AB delivers digital services — marketing, web and AI. The hiring standards, candidate flow and the three-virkedager timesheet rule are identical across all three — the only thing that changes is the legal counterparty on the agreement.
Each entity invoices in its local currency (NOK / SEK / EUR) and operates under its national employment law. If you operate across multiple Nordic markets, we can structure a single framework agreement that lets you draw from any of the three without re-negotiating commercials each time.
