Hospitality talent for Spain.
Cocineros, jefes de cocina, camareros y maître d’hôtel — for hotel groups along the Costas and restaurant operators in Madrid, Barcelona and the islands. Trial-and-hire structure, 90 working day window, no upfront fee.
Roles, by where the demand sits.
Most briefs we work on in Spain fall into one of the four patterns below. If your need is somewhere else — property services, sales floors, seasonal volume — we’ll tell you in the first call whether it fits our network.
Cocina
Cocinero · Jefe de Cocina
Cooks and head chefs for restaurants, hotel kitchens and tourist-route operators. EU work-permit cleared, available within 2–4 weeks of brief.
Sala
Maître d’hôtel · Camarero
Floor managers and trained waiters for restaurant groups and hotel-restaurant combinations — multilingual where the venue serves international clientele.
Hotel
Recepcionista · Camarera de Pisos
Front-desk and housekeeping roles for hotels along the Costa Blanca, Costa del Sol and the Balearic Islands. Spanish-fluent baseline; English / Nordic plus.
Volume
Ayudante de Cocina
Reliable kitchen support for high-cover restaurants and seasonal venues. Trial-and-hire structure means you only commit when the fit’s confirmed.
How we work in Spain.
Same four-stage flow we run in every BEEM market — outcome briefing, shortlist, trial period, permanent if it fits.
01 · Brief
30-minute call to map the role outcome, the team, the rate you’re working with, and the timeline. We give a same-day yes/no on whether we have the network for it.
02 · Shortlist
Within 5 working days we hand over a 3–4 person shortlist with anonymised profiles. You pick who to interview; we schedule directly with the candidate.
03 · Trial period
The agreed candidate starts under a 90-working-day trial. We invoice you weekly during the trial; you can stop the engagement at any point with 5 working days’ notice.
04 · Permanent
If the fit’s confirmed, you can hire the candidate directly without further fee. Or extend the placement under the same trial commercials. Whichever works.
Tell us about the role.
Send a one-line brief — the role, the location, the team, and your timeline. We’ll come back with whether we have the network and a likely shortlist date within one business day.
