Hospitality talent for Greece.
Σεφ, σερβιτόροι, maître d’hôtel and reception roles — for hotels and tavernas through the spring-to-autumn season on the islands and the coastal mainland. Trial-and-hire structure, 90 working day window, no upfront fee.
Roles, by where the demand sits.
Most briefs we work on in Greece are seasonal hospitality roles on the islands. If your need is somewhere else — Athens year-round venues, sales floors, support staff — we’ll tell you in the first call whether it fits our network.
Κουζίνα
Σεφ · Chef de Partie
Head chefs and section leaders for hotel restaurants and tavernas. EU work-permit cleared, English-speaking baseline, available within 2–4 weeks of brief.
Σάλα
Σερβιτόρος · Maître d’hôtel
Trained waiting staff and floor managers for restaurant groups and hotel-restaurant combinations — often multilingual where the venue serves international clientele.
Hotel
Receptionist
Front-desk roles for island hotels through the high season. Greek-fluent baseline, English required, additional Nordic or German a strong plus.
Seasonal volume
Βοηθός Κουζίνας · Bartender
Reliable seasonal kitchen and bar staff for high-cover venues during May–October. Trial-and-hire structure means you only commit when the fit’s confirmed.
How we work in Greece.
Same four-stage flow we run in every BEEM market — outcome briefing, shortlist, trial period, permanent if it fits.
01 · Brief
30-minute call to map the role outcome, the team, the rate you’re working with, and the timeline. We give a same-day yes/no on whether we have the network for it.
02 · Shortlist
Within 5 working days we hand over a 3–4 person shortlist with anonymised profiles. You pick who to interview; we schedule directly with the candidate.
03 · Trial period
The agreed candidate starts under a 90-working-day trial. We invoice you weekly during the trial; you can stop the engagement at any point with 5 working days’ notice.
04 · Permanent
If the fit’s confirmed, you can hire the candidate directly without further fee. Or extend the placement under the same trial commercials. Whichever works.
Tell us about the role.
Send a one-line brief — the role, the location, the team, and your timeline. We’ll come back with whether we have the network and a likely shortlist date within one business day.
