What this page actually says.
- BEEM provides recruitment, staffing, structuring and digital services to businesses across Europe.
- The legal entity you contract with is BEEM LLC during the interim period, transitioning to BEEM SL (Spain) once that formation completes.
- Specific placements and engagements are governed by signed framework agreements (Samarbeidsavtale or equivalent) — this site’s Terms cover only general usage.
- Liability for any claim is capped at the amount paid in the prior three months, mirroring § 13 of our framework agreement.
- Until BEEM SL is formed, governing law is Georgia (US); on entity migration, it transitions to Spanish law.
- You can stop using the site at any time. We can change these Terms with 30 days’ notice on this page.
Operative terms.
1. Operator and entity
This website (beems.org) and the recruitment, staffing, structuring, and digital services delivered through it are operated by BEEM LLC (registered in Georgia, US — interim entity), pending the formation of BEEM SL (Spain). On formation, the operating entity migrates to BEEM SL and existing client agreements novate by operation of the published transition notice. References to “BEEM”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean whichever entity is operative at the time of the relevant event.
2. Partner companies
BEEM focuses on recruitment, staffing, financial structuring and digital services across the European market. In the Nordic segments we collaborate with partner companies: Scandic Rekruttering AS (org.nr 925 252 115; Hanaveien 4, 4327 Sandnes, Norge) for recruitment and staffing across the Nordic markets, and Hjorton AB (org.nr 559497-4726; Utsättaregränden 235, 226 47 Lund, Sverige) for digital services — marketing, web and AI. Each engagement is contracted with the company responsible for the relevant segment and market; this site’s Terms apply only to engagements with BEEM.
3. Services scope
Recruitment, staffing (including trial-and-hire and hourly rental), structuring (cost mapping, structure design, ongoing optimisation), and digital marketing services (SEO, online presence, website projects). Specific engagement terms, commercials, and liability allocations are set out in a signed framework agreement; this Terms page does not on its own create any service obligation.
4. Use of the website
You may use the site for the purposes of evaluating our services, contacting us, applying for placements, and reading published material. You may not scrape, automate access, attempt to circumvent access controls, or use the site to send unsolicited communications to BEEM staff. Forms submitted through the site may be processed for the purpose of responding to your enquiry; see the Privacy Policy for retention and lawful basis details.
5. Intellectual property
All site content (copy, design, code, logos and trademarks) is owned by BEEM or its licensors. You may quote or link to any published material with attribution; you may not reproduce or distribute material in bulk or for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
6. Liability
BEEM’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the amount paid by the claimant to BEEM in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, mirroring § 13 of our framework agreement. BEEM is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative damages, lost profits, or business interruption, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
7. Content and availability
The site and its content are provided as-is for general information. We work to keep published material accurate and the site available, but give no warranty that content is complete, current or error-free, or that the site will be available without interruption. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial or other professional advice.
8. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices; use of linked sites is at your own risk. A link does not imply endorsement.
9. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. The invalid provision is replaced or construed so that its purpose is preserved as far as possible.
10. Governing law and disputes
Until BEEM SL is formed and the operating entity migrates, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, with disputes settled in the courts of that state. On migration to BEEM SL, governing law transitions to Spanish law and disputes are settled in the competent courts of the registered seat. The migration date and updated venue will be published on this page no less than 30 days in advance.
11. Changes to these Terms
We can change these Terms by publishing an updated version on this page with at least 30 days’ advance notice. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the date the current version became effective. Continued use of the site after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
